The competition for appointment to the vacant position of a teacher is held in accordance with the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 21, 2020 No. 57 and the order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan. A person intending to participate in the competition, during the deadline for accepting documents specified in the announcement, sends the following documents in electronic or paper form:
1) an application for participation in the Competition with an indication of the list of attached documents in accordance with Annex 10 to these Rules;
2) an identity document or an electronic document obtained from the digital document service (for identification);
3) a completed individual case sheet for registration of personnel (a specific residential address and contact phone numbers are indicated, if available);
4) Copies of documents on the education of teachers in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position approved by the sample qualification characteristics;
5) a copy of the document confirming employment (if available);
6) Health certificate in the form approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. DSM-175/2020 of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On approval of accounting forms”. documentation in the field of healthcare” (in the register of state registration of normative legal acts)
registered under No. 21579).
7) certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization;
8/certificate from the pharmaceutical organization;
9) Certificate of the national qualification test (hereinafter – NBT) or certificate of assignment of the qualification category of a teacher moderator, teacher expert, teacher researcher, teacher master (if available).
10) An assessment sheet filled out by a candidate for a vacant or temporarily vacant teaching position in accordance with the form in accordance with Appendix 11.
In case of a report of a corruption crime and/or a criminal offense and/or violation of the norms of pedagogical ethics prohibiting employment in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the teacher will be excluded at any stage of the competition.
